Marriland's Pokemon White Adventure
Here is Marriland's Pokemon White Adventure series, which is an ongoing video walkthrough series following my playthrough of Pokemon White. This video series combines a mixture of informative and humorous commentary, and is sure to help you through either Pokemon White or Pokemon Black (there aren't substantial differences between the two).
Since this is eventually going to be a video series of the entire game, that means I have to play through the entire game, do video editing, save the video, etc., so it may take several months before the series is finished. There are a several different Ground-type Pokemon, and because of this, you may have to adapt your strategy, but know that Grass- and Water-type attacks are your best bet (don't use Water-type attacks against Palpitoad), and Fighting- or Ground-type attacks work well against Clay's Excadrill.

In this episode, I take on the final Gym Leader in the game (in Pokemon White), Iris! Yes, that's right, I'm squaring off against the peppy kid herself, who is actually a Dragon-type master. In Pokemon Black, you face Drayden instead. They have virtually the same team, though, so the same strategy applies to each. Their Haxorus is the most threatening Pokemon on their team, capable of Dragon Dancing to raise its already-sky-high Attack to catastrophic levels while also raising its Speed. Be careful! Their Pokemon know only Dragon Tail for Dragon-type attacks, so your own Dragon-type Pokemon with Dragon Claw or Dragon Pulse will be able to strike first, since Dragon Tail goes last (and forces you to switch).

In this episode, I show you how to catch the roaming legendary Pokemon, Thundurus. In Pokemon Black, you find Tornadus instead, but the same strategy still applies. You can find Thundurus or Tornadus on Route 7 in the evening and on Route 5 in the morning. They aren't the worst choice to use your Master Ball on, but they also aren't outrageously difficult to catch, so see if you can save it.

While I didn't record my playthrough of the US Black version (which I did before White), I did record the final battles so I could eventually compare them with the ones in White. This is my final battle against N in Pokemon Black, which has a few differences compared to White, most notably fighting against Zekrom.

Pokemon Black 03: The Final Battle Redux
While I didn't record my playthrough of the US Black version (which I did before White), I did record the final battles so I could eventually compare them with the ones in White. This is my battle against the final boss of the game, except using my team for Pokemon Black (which predated my Pokemon White team). While nothing really changes in the battle itself, there are some dialogue changes as well as a cool new spin in the fight thanks to the differences between my two games' teams.
