Once during your turn (before your attack), you may use this power. Each player discards cards until that player has 6 cards in his or her hand. (You discard first.) This power can't be used if Delcatty ex is affected by a Special Condition. | ||||||||

Teriki Tora's Review
YAY!!! CUTE AND POWERFUL!
YAY!!! CUTE AND POWERFUL!
I've always wanted a cute card as the COTW, and I got it! :3 Well, it wasn't my choice to pick the card but heck, I love cuteness! XD Yeah yeah, I'm messing around lol, onto the stuff!
Main Stats:
This card is kinda of short-handed, I mean, come on, a 90 HP EX! The Kingler card that was reviewed earlier was better! And it wasn't an EX! That's this card's MAJOR downfall! But what this card lacks in HP, makes up for attacks.
Attacks:
PokéPower Constrain - Don't diss this attack because it gets rid of your own cards! Just think of it this way, you play it whenever you have 6 or less cards in your hand, and you oponent has 7 or more. It will force your oponent to get rid of cards, and if he/she has only good ones in his hand... >=3
Upstream - "I'll never have enough energy to do this attack" That's where you're wrong. Have a Pokémon that uses a LOT of energy, And waste as much as you can (Gyarados
^_~), then use Delcatty's Upstream attack, and BAM, any energy in your discard goes to attack you, so if you had 13 Energy in your discard, that's 130 damage.
Tail Slap - My only words are, just an attack if you need it.
Last Thoughts:
I like this card, and I can see a lot of strategeys with it. I mean, I mentioned the Gyarados
strategy I've seen, and it's risky, but if you can pull it off, it can be a major Power-buster. And because of Upstream's ability to put energy BACK into your deck, it's good for restocking your deck (that and it makes people stop using the Holon's DRE, and start using the Delta DRE, and DRE)
