Sets down a layer of Toxic Spikes, which will Poison any of your opponent's Pokemon that are sent out (except for Flying-types, Poison-types, Steel-types, and Pokemon with the Levitate Ability.) If Toxic Spikes is used for a second time, any of your opponent's Pokemon that are sent out will be badly Poisoned (same effect as Toxic) instead. If your opponent sends out a Poison-type Pokemon (without Levitate), the Toxic Spikes will be removed.
